While Videtorrium India will continue its operations for training and hiring fresh talents from colleges and universities, NVC will open up career avenues for corporate-ready talents.
Our former service brand – Black Studio will exclusively focus on design and branding only, thereby shifting all technology and development work under Noisiv Consulting.
In the recent board meeting held on 25 November 2022, the board decided to shift all the existing as well as upcoming service projects to Noisiv Consulting. The decision has been taken in the best interest of our existing partners as we felt the need to provide a dedicated team who is only focussed at the growth of our service sector.
Mr. Saurav K Mitra, Chief Executive Officer – Noisiv Consulting, will lead the mission of delivering the best products and services for our clients, and strive towards making NVC a great place to work. Mr. Manu Arya, Managing Director – Noisiv Consulting, will lead the vision to make NVC a premier service based organization with his ingenious advisory.
Key-takeaways for our existing clients:- Going forward, all email communications will be done through @noisivconsulting.com and active emails threads from @videtorrium.com will be moved to NVC mailbox.
- The existing MOU, NDA or any SLA will be renewed and signed under the brand name of Noisiv Consulting as the authorized brand under KSM Cognitive Works Pvt Ltd.
- There will not be any change in the company POCs who are assigned for the existing projects. Any addition of new members for the project will be communicated officially.
- All clients are required to fill-up the one-time Client Onboarding form.
