This Cookie Policy explains how KSM Cognitive Works Private Limited, operating as Noisiv Consulting (“Company,” “we,” “us,” “our”), uses cookies and similar tracking technologies on noisivconsulting.com (the “Site”), and the choices you have regarding these technologies.

What Are Cookies?

2.1 Strictly Necessary Cookies

2.2 Analytics Cookies

Google Analytics data is processed by Google LLC, which operates primarily in the United States. We have configured Google Analytics with IP anonymisation enabled, meaning the last octet of visitor IP addresses is masked before any storage or processing by Google. 2.3 Marketing and Advertising Cookies (Forthcoming)

We may deploy advertising pixels — such as Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms, Inc.) or LinkedIn Insight Tag (LinkedIn Ireland Unlimited Company) — in the future to measure the effectiveness of our marketing campaigns and, where you consent, to serve relevant advertisements. When any such technology is activated on the Site, this Policy will be updated at least 14 days in advance to describe the specific tool, its provider, purpose, and duration, and your consent will be sought afresh where required.

As of the effective date of this Policy, no marketing or advertising pixels are active on the Site.

2.4 Functionality Cookies

We do not currently use functionality cookies (cookies that remember your preferences to personalise your experience, such as language or region settings). If we introduce these in future, this Policy will be updated accordingly.

Your Cookie Choices

3.1 Cookie Consent Banner

When you first visit the Site, you will be shown a cookie consent banner. You can:

Accept all cookies — including analytics cookies
Reject non-essential cookies — only strictly necessary cookies will be placed
Manage preferences — choose which categories of non-essential cookies you accept

Your choice is recorded and respected for 12 months. You can change your preference at any time using the cookie settings link in the Site's footer.

3.2 Browser Controls

3.3 Google Analytics Opt-Out

You can prevent Google Analytics from collecting your data by installing the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on, available for all major browsers.

Do Not Track

Some browsers transmit a “Do Not Track” (DNT) signal. There is currently no globally accepted standard for how websites should respond to DNT signals; we do not currently alter our data collection practices in response to DNT signals. We will revisit this position if a consensus standard is established.

Cross-Border Data Transfers via Cookies

Some cookies (notably Google Analytics) result in data being transferred to and processed in the United States. For visitors located in the EU or UK, this transfer is subject to the safeguards described in Section 9 of our Privacy Policy (Cross-Border Data Transfers), including Google's adherence to applicable Standard Contractual Clauses and supplementary transfer measures. By accepting analytics cookies, you acknowledge that your usage data will be processed in accordance with those safeguards.

Changes to This Policy

We will update this Cookie Policy when we add or remove cookies or tracking technologies from the Site. Material changes — in particular, the activation of any advertising pixel — will be communicated with at least 14 days' notice via an updated notice on the Site. The “Effective” date at the top of this document will be updated each time.
