Shipping Policy

Noisiv Consulting is a digital services company. We provide software development, digital marketing, and digital design services exclusively. We do not manufacture, stock, sell, or ship any physical products, goods, or tangible items of any kind.

Accordingly, traditional shipping, freight, or delivery logistics do not apply to any engagement with the Company. No shipping charges will ever be levied in connection with our services.

All project deliverables — including but not limited to software builds, design files, marketing assets, reports, documentation, and campaign outputs — are delivered digitally through one or more of the following methods, as agreed in the applicable Service Agreement:

• Secure file transfer or shared cloud repository (e.g., Google Drive, GitHub, or equivalent)
• Project management or collaboration platform designated for the engagement
• Email or a client communication channel agreed at the commencement of the engagement
• Direct deployment to a client-designated server, hosting environment, or platform

Delivery timelines for all engagements are governed exclusively by the Statement of Work or equivalent written agreement executed between the Company and the client. Timelines are project-specific and are confirmed in writing at the commencement of each engagement.

The Company does not commit to any delivery timeline through the Site. Any indicative timelines referenced in our service descriptions are illustrative only and do not constitute a contractual commitment.
